Site area: 3,511m2
Address: No.33 Le Duan street, District 1, HCMCThe 25-storey project, strategically located at the corner of Le Duan and Le Van Huu streets. This project is the location of the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City and major German and European firms.
German House is the flagship project of Germany in Vietnam and for the ASEAN region. This is also considered a strategic cooperation and friendship between the Federal Republic of Germany and Vietnam
In the German House project, Konia provided air conditioning systems, including products: Louver, VAV Box, Sound Insulation.
PROJECT DETAILS
The German house was built based on the designs of architector Meinhard von Gerkan and Nikolaus Goetze of Gerkan, Marg & Partners (gmp) in Hamburg, Germany.
The building adopts the most advanced German construction techniques and technologies combining the use of environmentally friendly building materials to save energy and create a green living environment for people. Innovative characteristics of German house architecture is not only suitable for the climatic conditions of Vietnam but also helps to save energy most effectively with the double-sided architecture. Therefore, the German House will be the first construction project in Vietnam awarded two gold-saving DGNB energy certificates of the German Sustainable Works Council and LEED Platinum awarded by the USGBC Green Building Council.
