PROJECT OVERVIEW

 

Kingdom 101 project is located in the center of District 10, with a scale of 30 floors with a total floor area of 106,209 m2 deployed on a 33,000m2 land. In this project, Coteccons is the General Contractor for structural, finishing, electromechanical and landscape works of 3 towers A, B and C of the project. Estimated construction time is 22 months.
