Mui Ne Solar Power Plant is a solar power plant built on the land of Mui Ne Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province. The project has an installed capacity of 40 MWp, started in October, and opened in June 2019.
The energy collecting area covers an area of 38 hectares, providing about 68 million kWh per year. The factory is 24 km northeast of Phan Thiet city center. The owner is Duc Thanh Mui Ne Joint Stock Company.
The plant is installed with more than 100,000 panels with a capacity of 365 W each and is connected to the national electricity system at a voltage of 110 kV, from the 22/110 kV substation of the plant through a 110 kV line. connected to the 110 kV line of Luong Son town, Bac Binh district, Mui Ne ward, Phan Thiet city.
Each year, Mui Ne Solar Power Plant will provide electricity output of about 68 million kWh, contributing to increase the capacity of the national grid, and reducing more than 55,447 tons of CO2 annually.
